Landry Vacations strives to secure accommodations and travel reservations that match your preferred travel dates whenever possible. Reservation requests should generally be submitted at least 60 days before your intended departure date. Certain peak travel periods, including holidays and high-demand seasonal dates, may require additional fees or have limited availability.

Landry Vacations acts solely as a travel planning agency. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, resort closures, cruise itinerary changes, weather events, natural disasters, labor disputes, governmental actions, supplier insolvency, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. When necessary, comparable accommodations, transportation, or travel services may be substituted if originally confirmed arrangements become unavailable.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess all required travel documentation, including valid passports, visas, proof of citizenship, vaccination records, or any other documentation required by destination countries or transportation providers. Entry requirements are subject to change without notice, and it is the traveler’s responsibility to verify all requirements before departure.

Unless otherwise specified within your travel package, travelers are responsible for transportation to and from departure locations, meals not included in their itinerary, gratuities, personal expenses, optional excursions, travel insurance, baggage fees, taxes, government-imposed fees, and any other incidental travel expenses.

Final payment for all reservations must be received by the due date provided at the time of booking. Reservations that remain unpaid after the final payment deadline may be canceled by travel suppliers, and applicable cancellation fees or penalties may apply.

Reservation modifications requested after confirmation may be subject to administrative fees as well as any supplier-imposed change fees. Cancellation penalties vary depending on the supplier, destination, and proximity to departure. Once travel arrangements have been confirmed, certain reservations may become partially or completely non-refundable.

Vacation certificates, promotional offers, and travel credits are subject to the specific terms and expiration dates associated with each offer unless otherwise stated. Promotional offers generally may not be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted.

Travel confirmations, itineraries, and supplier documentation will be provided after reservations have been finalized. Travelers should carefully review all confirmation details immediately upon receipt and notify Landry Vacations of any discrepancies as soon as possible.

Subject to applicable federal and state law, travelers may have cancellation rights depending on the type of travel package purchased and the terms of the applicable supplier. Any request to cancel must be submitted in writing to Landry Vacations within the applicable cancellation period outlined in your travel agreement.

No traveler should rely upon verbal representations that conflict with these written terms or any supplier-specific booking conditions. Additional terms and conditions imposed by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, and other travel providers will also apply to your reservation.

Landry Vacations is a registered Seller of Travel where required by applicable law and complies with all applicable state and federal travel regulations.
